Also, please note that the rep who answers your call first is NOT the one you should be talking to.. Your call is still important to us!

Yes, this one is a personal grievance for me too. I hate it when the IVR asks me to insert my account number, my TPIN, and asks me exactly what I want to do, and then when I finally get routed to the customer care exec, they ask me all this information all over again…. I hate it… hate it… hate it :)
