You are lucky to even get through PVR/M2K customer care. I have always found them busy and useless. My tickets bookings are mostly done on Websites. From ticket counters only when I passing by.

Ah! The server is down argument. Used by Airtel people with deadly effect. And by deadly effect I mean, EVERYTIME THEY SCREW UP. And by everytime I mean, All the Time.
